One of the approaches of Irankhodro Powertrain Company (IPCO) in line with industry and university relations, has been to attract trainees and interns in order to get acquainted with the application of acquired knowledge, work environment and gaining experience of young and future students of the country. IPCO Research and Technology Unit by identifying and extracting the needs of the company’s organizational units and inquiring from Universities and knowledge institutions recruit interns in accordance with their procedure (recruitment of interns provided they are accepted for interview by the internship unit of the applicant) and the framework of the educational system of the applicant universities and institutions.
