National Engine Book

National Engine Book

_

Iran Khodro National Car was completed with Samand in 2001, and the Samand (X7) car project booklet from design to mass production was acquired as knowledge, and its closing report was prepared and published in Iran Khodro in the same year. According to the definition of the National Engine Project (EF7) in 2003 and its mass production in 2007, the preparation of the National Engine book in the same year under the supervision of Mr. Mirsalim (Senior Supervisor of the National Engine Project) in Iran Khodro Industrial Group according to experience in Samand booklet, was on the agenda of IPCO.

The book “Knowledge and Technology of National Gas Based Engine” in 15 chapters and an introduction was prepared as described in the table below and was published in 2010. It is noteworthy that on June 20, 2011, the authors of the chapters of the National Engine book were present with the wise leader of the Revolution, and in this meeting, the book “Knowledge and Technology of the National Gas-Based Engine” was presented to him. Ayatollah Khamenei said in this meeting: “New work must be done with courage.” He raised the question of where is the missing link of the country’s industrial relations and what are the needs of the country. In this regard, they advised that we should move forward with great effort and confidence, and we will definitely succeed in this way. They then referred to the human resources of the country, which is unique in the world. He said: “According to the published reports (scientific, statistical, etc.), they acknowledge the superiority of Iranian talent over other talents in the world. Today, there is no production phenomenon in the country that has the infrastructure and we can not do it, and if it does not have the infrastructure, that is a separate issue. If there is infrastructure and trust is built, good work will be done. You have to move, try. Scientific progress is a definite need. “Until we achieve scientific superiority, the demands of the nation will not be fulfilled.” The published book shines in the automotive industry as a “new work” and IPCO’s achievement in implementing tangible knowledge management.

This project brought a treasure trove of valuable experiences for all members of the project and Iran Khodro Company, which will be manifested in the plans of the company with the strong will and effort of the group.
